We don’t know each other

Jack’s POV She knows? How?  “Maybe we just don’t know each other how we think we do Jack. You’re not the only one that has been keeping a secret, but this I would have never known.” she says to me  Wait? What is going on?  “There is a lot in my past that I want to keep hidden from the world since I hate this world and how it’s treated me, until I met you and Danny. Since you have told me about who you are, I will tell you who I am, but after this, I don’t want any part of this anymore.” she says to me  I shift back immediately and run back to her trying to put my clothes back on at the same time.  “Paris why? I love you. We can make things work. Why can’t you give us a chance?” I ask her  “Because, if we were meant to be it would have happened already. I might not know much about werewolves but I do know you have mates. And now that I know you are an Alpha, I want no part in it.” she says to me angrily  “Paris I don’t understand. This is a choice I made not anyone else. I don’t care what other people say.” I tell her  “You say that now, but believe me, power will always come to you. Let's not make things worse and just call this puppy love.” she says as she walks away  “Wait! Wait! You said you would tell me who you are as well. So who are you?” I ask her  “I am adopted. I am not a transfer student. Bethany is my cousin and I have been living with them. You would think that I am related to her through her dad which is wrong. I am related to her through our mothers. My mother is Bethany’s mom's older sister. So my last name is not theirs.” she says as she whispers under her breathe  I try walking closer to her and she moves away from me. Why is she doing that?  “The Marks are witches and so am I.” she says to me  “That’s impossible. I would have known already. I am a werewolf and an Alpha to be exact. We have our own instincts. I would have picked it up on you a long time ago.” I say back to her  “Sorry to burst your bubble, but yes all of the Marks are witches. I only  tell you this because I once trusted you and since you trust me I have to honor it back.” she says to me “My name is not Paris Marks, my true name is Paris DeLeon. I am the only daughter of Jeanette and Chris DeLeon.” she says to me  “Impossible.” I say back to her   She ignores me and starts talking  “My eyes are a symbol of bad luck. My mom was pregnant with me and when I was born immune and with different colored eyes, my dad announced to the witch community that my mom miscarried. My uncle decided to take me and raise me as his own.” she says back to me  “Witches like wolves can mask themselves. You would never be able to figure it out. Our bloodline is quite powerful. Not even a vampire would know if they smelt it. I also am the only one born pure without powers. ” she says back to me  “And now you know my sad story. Only a few know who my real parents are and you are the only non witch that knows now. And now, I am going to walk away from this and never look back. Goodbye Jack.” she says to me   “Paris! You are not leaving. “ I say to her while I grab her arm  “Let go of me Jack.” she says back to me I let go and apologize.  “I am sorry. I just want you to understand and know where I am coming from. There is a lot more and obviously I don’t care about your past. I care about it now. Please listen. There is more.” I say to her  “You are right, werewolves have mates. Mates are the ones connected to you for eternity. The girl you saw at the game was my mate. Well not she is my mate. Please understand how hard this is for…  “Why are you asking to continue with this Jack? We are not destined to be. Be with your beloved. Move on. Have kids. Grow old together, I don’t care, just leave me alone!” she says back to me now running away  I run after her and jump on top of her and straddle her.  “Paris! I love you. I don’t care about the mate bond. We will make things work. I will make it work. I am an Alpha. Things will go my way.” he says to me  “What do you mean your way? Do you expect me to just watch your love grow while I am on the side?” she asks  “No, I don’t mean it like that. I will fix things I promise. I don’t want to lose you. We have been with each other for years. I like what we have. No, I love what we have. It’s every comfortability I have and only have in my life.” I say back to her trying to convince her.  “Wait! All this time we planned on leaving together, was that real or where you trying to drag me in expecting me to give in when you told me who and what you are?” she asks me  “I don’t know. I didn’t get to that part yet. I was trying to figure things out before our senior year. This was not supposed to happen.” I say back to her  “How do you meet her?” she asks me  “My dad took over their land and combined ours. I met her right before my last home game.” I say back to her  “Are you sure you met her there or at the parties you went to?” she asks me  How did she know? Wait what does she know? Does she know? I can’t let her know. That will be the end of me and her
